Erik Hallgrimson attended Foothill High School and graduated from USF with a Bachelors in Finance in 1996. He was captain of the men's golf team and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He currently is Vice Chairman of a Real Estate firm in Santa Clara, CA, Cushman and Wakefield.
His achievements in the industry have been recognized numerous times. In 2021, he was inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers’ (ASVB) coveted Hall of Fame for his career success and leadership in the region. He was named to the San Jose Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list twice, was recognized as 2017’s Dealmaker of the Year by Silicon Valley Business Journal, and is routinely named as one of the top-performing brokers in Northern California.
