Amber Felix of La Jolla signed a national letter of intent to play volleyball at the University of San Francisco, 

Felix is a member of the San Diego Volleyball Club, and was a two-time All-Section First-Team selection, and helped La Jolla to a 25-4 record (LATimes). She played for the Dons from 1992 to 1995.

The team's new members are expected to provide more depth for the team. Shannon Buller and Skye Lewis are expected to bring additional, and much needed, offense while Nikole Harford will bolster the team's defense. Lewis will team up with fellow right-side hitter Amber Felix. Felix, entering her senior year, missed all of last spring due to injury but is expected to see quality time this year.  Amber Felix leads the WCC with 20 service winners and .51 per game average (TheFoghorn).
