    Baseball (1975-1976)
Jim Ward, the designated hitter had a more than perfect day at the plate as he was hit by a pitch, drilled two home runs and slashed a double to take credit for driving in all four of the San Franciscans' runs.

With what we have so far this season, as far as hitting, we should have no problem having a fantastic year. The best man on the squad this year is Gary Delagnes. He is hitting .636, going seven for II, and is playing errorless ball at first base. Yamamoto is batting .307 and he has already gotten two home runs. He hit his first home run on his initial time at bat against Stanford. The other hitting standouts are Steve Armani- no .500, the designated hitter, and Jim Ward batting .272. The JV's, under coach Ken Bullock, are off to an excellent start with a 2-0 record so far (TheFoghorn).
