Brittany Lindhe and Sarah Wanless are both natives of Goldendale, WA, a town so small it doesn't even have a stoplight. Sarah played basketball for the Dons from 1995 to 2000, often scoring high points per game and had a career total of 704 rebounds.  Her career high in PPG was 26 against Oregon. She was named WCC player of the week in her senior year, Jan 6, 2000.
The front court positions for the Dons should be stronger and more experienced with Sarah Wanless returning as the team's starting power forward, and Tashi Tasnadi returning in the small forward position. "I think this will be a breakout season for Sarah Wanless," Hile-Nepfel said. "Overall she is one of the best power forwards on the entire West Coast as well as a fierce defender and rebounder (TheFoghorn).
