Again Piver pulled out one of thc victories by smashing her opponent 6-0, 6-0. Piver now leads the Dons in individual matches won. The other victory came from the number one doubles team of O'Neill and Lisa Brunolli. Brunolli, the number two singles player, and last years team captain, played while having the flu but still managed to pull out a 6-4, 2-6, 6-0 win. Things didn't get any better for the Dons the next day against Hayward State. Thc Dons were rolled over 0-9. "The coach at Hayward was telling me that they have an extremely tough team this year," Stubbs said. "So I'm still optimistic about the rest of the season (TheFoghorn)."
