Career Highlights: One-time letter winner for Baseball

Biography: Hauger played baseball for one year on the Hilltop in 1989 before he transferred to Williamette University in Salem, Oregon. He was a .323 career hitter at Williamette, which is the 18th highest career batting average in Bearcat history. 

Why Hauger Chose USF: "I received an athletic scholarship to play baseball on the Hilltop."

Favorite USF Memories: "I had great teammates that made for a fun season of play, I remember winning on the road against Fresno State."

The USF Student-Athlete Experience: “I enjoyed meeting and interacting with the the diverse student body at USF."    

Life After USF: Hauger transferred to Williamette University in Salem, Oregon where he finished his collegiate baseball career and earned a Bachelors in Economics. He then obtained a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development at Portland State University. He currently works as a city planner in Portland, Oregon and has three children.
