The team highlights included: a second place finish in the Stanford Tournament, and a few good games against such teams as Stanford, UC Berkeley, Santa Clara and University of Nevada at Reno, senior captain Keith Birdthistle being selected as a Northern California Pelican All-Star, and of course, many memorable post-game parties. The season ended on a high note with the team avenging a earlier loss to UC Berkley, then losing a close game against Santa Clara University. Behind the efforts of senior captain Keith Birdthistle during the Santa Clara game, the team poured on the offense to maintain a lead throughout the game (TheFoghorn).
