USF Seniors Ruth Brodie and Pat Morgan have been working diligently the past few months to ensure the best possible seats for USF students at men's home basketball games. Brodie and Morgan, who are in charge of the "Hammered Slammers" student booster group, have been asked by Athletic Director Fr. Robert Sunderland, S.J. to fill thc lower section of 186 seats directly behind the Dons team bench. But there are problems, as Brodie explained. "We've only sold eighty-two tickets in that section, and if we don't sell out the section, there won't even be a chance for next year's students to sit in the lower stands. The Hammered Slammers were given a hand by the ASUSF Senate when that governing body bought up all the remaining tickets for the section (TheFoghorn).
