Conor was born and raised in NE Portland, and graduated from Grant High School in 1997. He studied Marketing and played soccer at University of Wisconsin Green Bay and at the University of San Francisco. He was a talented lifelong athlete who continued to play semi-pro post-college and enjoyed coaching for youth clubs in California and Oregon.
Conor served in various management and executive roles at the California Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. He held a Certified Association Executive designation, was active and recognized as a leader within association management circles, and was honored as a Forty Under 40 Association Leader in 2017.
