Delgadillo graduated in 1957 in Chemistry. He played soccer for the Dons, and was a member of the Block Club, the Chemistry Club, and the Spanish-American Club.
The USF varsity tied a strong Mexico A.C. eleven, 3-3, last Saturday. Mexico scored first, in twenty minutes, on a goal by center forward Fernando Perez. The Dons came back to tie it up four minutes before the half, when Joe Ignoffo scored on a pass from Pete Wolf to Mashood Donmale. In the preliminary game, the Dons pounded out a 7-1 decision over St. Ignatius. Walt Ermakoff intercepted an S.I. kick-out from the goal, and drove in 15 yards for the first score. One minute before the half, Delgadillo scored USF's second marker on a pass from Lionel Fisher (TheFoghorn).
