A skillful forward who possesses great speed and finishing ability...can score with his head as well as his feet.

2006 SEASON: Was second on the team in scoring with five goals and two assists... scored game-winning goals against Stanford and in overtime vs. Loyola Marymount with less than two minutes remaining in extra session... also scored first goals in 2-1 wins at CS Northridge and San Diego... scored tying goal to send game at Gonzaga into overtime which USF eventually dropped 2-1... his two assists both came on game-winning goals, assisted on Aaron Chandler's vs. Gonzaga and Neil Stuart's vs. Saint Mary's... led the team, scoring on 21.3% of his shots.

PRIOR TO SAN FRANCISCO: A 2005 NJSCAA All-American first team player at San Jacinto Community College in Houston, TX... Fiirst Team JC All-American by both the NSCAA and NJCAA... named All-Tournament in Junior College Championships... scored 17 goals in his two seasons at San Jacinto Junior College... broke the Stratford High School record with 25 goals in a season

PERSONAL: Born August 1985 in Tehran, Iran, Attar moved to Holland before coming to the U.S...majoring in Psychology.
