Sunday's season finale against Marquette will see twelve Dons playing their last game for the Hilltop. These men include Jim Ryan, John Finney, Manny Braz, Rudy Ragan, Joe Wozniak, Paul Braunreiter, Harry Skoog. Nick Vidak, Ray Conageski, Sam Winters, Phil Gastineau and Doug Dyckman. It will be strange to watch the Dons next season and not be able to see these old reliables toting the load for the Green and Gold, but we have a sneaking hunch that the manner in which they bow out against Marquette will serve as a lasting impression which will burn bright years after they have left. Most of these men have weathered the most turbulent grid era in U.S.F.'s history. It wasn't easy to brave the storm, but they did, and did it well (TheFoghorn).
Dyckman was a native of Tacoma, WA and graduated in Business. He was a member of the Sodality Club, Sanctuary Society and the Block Club.Â
