The USF Dons' return from a successful road trip to Reno was dampened somewhat this past Tuesday night, when they were swept in three straight games by the Cal Bears at Berkeley. After beating Reno for the third straight time this season, the Dons came home looking to avenge an earlier loss to Cal. Unfortunately, the Dons weren't up to the task, as it took the Bears only a little more than an hour to dispose of the Dons. Scores were 4-15, 12-15, 7-15. Though it wasn't their best match, there were a few good individual performances: Tracy Harrison had nine kills and a .750 hitting percentage, Shan Conry came off the bench to slam down four kills, and Jenny Boron hustled her way to twelve digs. The Dons are in San Diego this weekend, with their last home match next Wednesday against Sacramento State (TheFoghorn).
