Negoesco has four goalkeepers in place for this year. Scott Thompson, a redshirt freshman from Santa Rosa, has "the tools." Kevin Blokker, a transfer from Southern Methodist University, brings his imposing 6-1 frame into thc penalty box, and Joe Fletcher hopes to continue the success he had at San Diego Mesa Junior College here at the Hilltop. Raffi Kardzair, whose brother Aram starred in the goal in the early eighties, hopes to do the same a decade later. Thc back line for USF returns with plenty of experience, with seniors Andrew Kreichbaumer, Kris Vipavetz, and Matt Snyder. Kreichbaumer has been a leader in the Dons defense for four years and should play the sweeper or stopper slot. Vipavetz and Snyder are quality defenders who have the ability to mark top forwards (TheFoghorn).
