Sargenti finished her USF career with 66 solo blocks 296 career total blocks, and 103 career aces. She was named All-West Coast Conference Honorable Mention in 1998.

Why Sargenti Chose USF: “I chose USF due to the diversity of the city coupled with an opportunity to pursue a great education and play in a competitive conference."

Favorite USF Memories: “I have continued friendships that started at USF and are now lifelong. I have more memories than I can list that are filled with every emotion, we had times of laughter, struggle, bonding, winning, losing. We had crazy adventures doing very silly things in the van and long wait times in airports where we would cuddle, listen to music, and do each other’s hair. We got to travel to many beautiful cities and had many memorable moments within San Francisco as well. My time at USF was some of the best years of my life.”

The USF Student-Athlete Experience: “I cherish the opportunities being a student-athlete at USF gave me. I loved being part of the athletic family on campus, the travel and the competitive league and pre-season play. I’m grateful for a strong education and continued connection.”

Life After USF: Sargenti went straight into her professional career upon leaving USF, which included counseling of multiple sorts. She has worked for her home county in a variety of capacities including counseling at-risk teenage girls, counseling at the Probation Department/Juvenile Hall, and working as a Health Educator in alcohol and drug treatment and prevention. Sargenti is married, has five children, and resides in Southern California.
