In the fourth quarter after recovering a fumble by Mike Gasparini on the Don eleven. The Green and Gold secondary had its finest day in quite a while as it picked off four Aggie aerials. Defensive halfback Pat Greene, cornermen Art Titus and Paul Cummins, and linebacker Les France all reaped honors with one each. Greene's key interception halted Davis' longest drive of the night at the five yard line. Thus far this year USF's fine defense, except for the British Columbia game, has limited its opponents to one touchdown a game. Freshman Art Titus, playing his first game, also performed admirably in the backfield (TheFoghorn).
