For a first year team, the Women's Soccer team had a great season. Their standing is 2 and 13. The success of the Women's Soccer team relies greatly on the following girls: Carol Fisher, Molly McHugh, Mette Ovringmo, Terry Wheeler, Devorah Steinberg, Cathy Ciardella. Rosemary Schuller, Maureen McLaughlin, Trish Fenner, and Tina Kane. Without their skill and ability, the outcome of the season would have been quite different. The rest of the team which consisted of Ann Willie, Patricia Canedo, Joan Harrington, Susan Kazmer, Evelyn Guinnane, Mary Mifsud, Rebecca Reaser, Fidelma Byrne, and Bonnie McKinnon also contributed greatly to the outcome of the season. If the Dons continue to progress in their ability to play soccer, then USF will witness the rise of an excellent soccer team in the next few years (TheFoghorn).
