Born on December 30, 1964 in Sanger, CA, Enos attended USF and played baseball for the Dons in 1987. He was drafted that year by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 41st round of the 1987 MLB June Amateur Draft. He graduated with a Bachelor's in Sports Administration in 1989, and currently works in Global Physical Security Operations and Investigations for Bio-Rad Laboratories, in Hercules, CA.

Freshman standout Arnie Sambel, Eric Enos, Steve Berriatua all homered in the win. San Diego visits Benedetti for a three game set this weekend in a series the Diamond Dons feel is crucial to reversing their record in the WCAC. O'Shea will pitch today's opener. Gaggero and Mike Supple will get starts in Saturday's doubleheader. Steve Berriatua leads the Dons with a .427 batting average alter the weekend's action. His on-base percentage is an even more impressive .535. With Joe Williams, Mike Oliva, and Rich Holm in slumps. Bowman started all three of his catchers (Rob Harris at first, Eric Enos at third, and Dan Barbara behind the plate) to get some pop into his offense against St. Mary's on Saturday. Enos and Harris did not hit but they were capable in the field (TheFoghorn).
