A native of Fresno, CA, Cynthia Monreal-Hoefer graduated in Accounting in 1976. She was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, Phi Chi Theta, Business Week, Who's Who Among American Colleges & Universities, and St. Ives Society. She played Softball and Tennis.
