    Football (1933-1936)
A native of Lodi, Roscoe Shaw was a member of the Letter Society and Kappa Alpha Pi. He was a 5' 10", 186 lb. guard for the Dons.

The line is just about the same as it was last year. The only position in very great doubt is guard. Here Ernie Delluchi seems to have taken the play from Arnie Goldberg. Roscoe Shaw, who showed up as one of the best defensive men on the squad last year is also shooting at the same position as the above two.Clint Letlow, veteran of two seasons, and Roscoe Shaw, gutty soph, will open against the Lions at the guard positions.

King Football's yearly post-season business meeting took place in Room B2 at 12:30 last Wednesday with Coach Spud Lewis presiding. Some thirty gridiron stalwarts were present. And the first thing they did was to vote Roscoe Shaw, husky guard, the Boyle Loyalty Award. The Award is annually presented to the player who has been most loyal to the team. This includes his attendance record at practices, his inspirational ability among his teammates, his general attitude, and whatever else his mates think he should be. Shaw Loyal The whole squad voted and "Ross" just walked in, and rightly so (TheFoghorn).
