    Men's Basketball (1980-1982)
Eric Slaymaker graduated from USF with a Bachelor's in Business in 1982. He played basketball from 1980 to 1982. He currently works as a Managing Partner of Wingers in Salt Lake City, UT.

Eric Slaymaker, the junior guard from Dixie College, was a very talented athlete. His consistency and his ability to control the ball and the team gave the Dons some bench strength. Slaymaker's ability to break a full court press was one of the reasons USF was able to hold off Notre Dame, as well as victories over Santa Clara, Saint Mary's, and Pepperdine. Unlike last year, USF has found depth. Though still untested, the Dons have a number of players that can give this years team the bench strength it needs. Eric Slaymaker, who provided the team with some depth last year is now more experienced, and should play a bigger role this year. Slaymaker's ability to control the pace of the game with his ball control makes the Dons a more disciplined team (TheFoghorn).
