AT USF (1998)- Made a huge impact at the Hilltop by earning honorable mention all-WCC honors as a junior after transferring from Rancho Santiago CC ... finished with a 6-2 record and five saves, just one shy away of a team-high 24 games... held opposing batters to a conference low .183 batting average during WCC games... notched 60 strikeouts in 57.2 innings... recorded arguably his best performance of the season versus Portland on March 15, throwing a season-high 7.1 innings of relief while allowing no earned runs, just three hits and striking out nine.Â
AT RANCHO SANTIAGO CC- Completed a two-year record of 17-2 with a 2.45 ERA, including a. 9-0 mark with a 2.78 ERA as a sophomore... twice named second team All-Orange Empire Conference.. team won state junior college title both seasons.
PREP CAREER/OTHER BASEBALL EXPERIENCE- A two-time all-Seaview League selection at Corona del Mar High School... finished his prep career with a 10-2 overall record and a 2.20 ERA... MVPO of the Orange County North-South All_Star game... also had a .372 career batting average... graduated in 1995.Â
