BECKER SCORES: The only score of the game came in the second quarter when Ken Otani of the B's smashed through guard and fumbled the ball when hit. It was recovered in midair by aggressive John Becker, who went into the end zone and kicked the conversion.

John Albert "Jack" Becker was born on November 17, 1933. He was a teacher and coach at Pittsburg High School for 35 years. He loved sports and coached football and golf to many students instilling his love for the game. Jack was a member of the 1951 USF Don’s Football team and was later recognized into the Pittsburg High School’s Football Hall of Fame.Â
