This year's men's cross-country squad was composed of one four-year runner (Folan), a speedy golfer (Finlay), and three runners in their first years of competition (Castillo, Djimbira, and Javaheri. Javaheri, described by the coach as a "dedicated, tough worker," has displayed especially fierce tenacity this year, running with ankle problems competing in the conference championships despite a high fever (USFFoghorn).
