Michael Francis Davlin was born on November 2, 1927 in Omaha, Nebraska and played college football at the University of Notre Dame and the University of San Francisco. He played on the uninvited team with Burl Toler and Ollie Matson. He was an American football offensive tackle in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins beginning in 1955 (Wikipedia).
