Steven Riccabona was a native of Santa Cruz, and was a member of Scabbard and Blade and Delta Sigma Pi. He graduated in Business in 1964.

Dean Volheim, Pat Ward, Dave Welch, Dan Buckley, Tom Mendonca and Doug Smith. Scabbard and Blade officers, Capt. Steve Riccabona, 1st Lt. Howard Eggers, 2nd Lt. Ted Hoff and 1st Sgt. Chuck Arntz, received commendation ribbons for the work that they have done for the Scabbard and Blade (TheFoghorn).
