She was born and raised in San Francisco and Glen Ellen, CA, and educated at Ursuline High School in Santa Rosa, CA, and the University of San Francisco. She was devoted to health and fitness, and participated on the cross-country running team for a couple of seasons at USF.
Donna had pursued a role in the fashion industry early in her career but transitioned to her strengths in finance and accounting, her field of study.
She lived initially in San Mateo, CA, then 18 years in Tucson, AZ, until settling in Vancouver, WA, in 2013. She was active in the Vancouver accounting community and self-employed as DMC business services after working many years for Intuit in QuickBooks Support (TheColumbian).
