1997 Big 12 All-Academic honorable mention at Colorado University 

At Colorado, Junior (1997): Cambra made two appearances as a midfielder (Colorado College and Wyoming).

At Colorado, Sophomore (1996): Saw action in two games as a midfielder (Wyoming and Nebraska).

San Francisco: Played left midfield for the Dons as a freshman and transferred to play for the Colorado University Buffaloes. 

High School: Cambra attended the Notre Dame Academy and Bishop Montgomery High School, lettering all four years in soccer, once for Steve Rhine (ND) and three times for Bishop Montgomery. She was a Second Team All League selection as a sophomore and junior, and was tabbed for the All League First Team as a senior. She was also the team captain as a senior, and received Bishop Montgomery's Coaches' Award following her final season as a prep. She was selected to play in the South Bay All-Star Classic as a senior. As a junior, she led Bishop Montgomery to the CIF championship in soccer, the culmination of an impressive 21-2-2 season. She was honored as a scholar athlete and an academic athlete her sophomore through senior years at Bishop Montgomery.

Personal: Born March 8, 1977, in Torrance, CA. Cambra is majoring in Kinesiology at Colorado. Her parents are Allen and Margie Cambra of Redondo Beach, CA. Her full name is Christina Marie Cambra (CUAthletics).
