David Olivier was a native of Burlingame and played basketball for four seasons for the Dons from 1961 to 1965. He graduated in 1965 with a Bachelor' in Marketing. He was a member of the Block Club for four years and made Dean's List his junior and senior years.
The freshman basketball season began early last month as 21 players turned out. The team, although lacking size, having only average speed, and having many players from many different areas, is now beginning to look well in their patterns and spirit. Looking particularly well are: Tom Evart, Dick Brainard, Clarence Esters, forwards; Dan Dovitsky. center; and Dave Olivier, Bob Raine, Dave Gonsalves, and Jim Yerkovich, guards. The team is coached by Phil Vukicevich (TheFoghorn).
