Biography: Nocetti played baseball for three years on the Hilltop. After leaving USF, Nocetti spent nine years teaching and coaching at Sacred Heart Cathedral in San Francisco, where he also served as the Dean of Students and Assistant Principal for Student Services. Nocetti has coached for 18 years at a variety of levels in the sports of baseball, basketball, and football, and has also presented over 200 workshops to coaches, parents, and student-athletes across the country on behalf of the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Life After USF: Nocetti met his wife Deanne who played on the volleyball team while he was attending USF. They were married by former USF athletic director, Father Robert Sunderland. After he earned his undergrad degree, Nocetti then received a master's in sport management, and a doctorate in educational leadership. He is currently the Executive Director of the California Interscholastic Federation overseeing a variety of operational areas for the state's governing body of high school athletics. Nocetti previously was the Director of Athletics at Jesuit High School in Carmichael and sat on the board for the California State Athletic Director's Association for three years.Â
