Jeff Scharosch graduated in USF with a Degree in Business and Hospitality in 1994 and a Masters in Sports Management in 1997. He is the General Manager of the Spinnaker restaurant in Sausilito, CA and an Adjunct Professor in Hospitality Management at USF. He ran cross country at USF and was Assistant Coach his last year.Â
The USF men's squad also placed sixth in a field of eight. Jeff Scharosch, the Dons' top finisher, completed the 8K race in 19th place with a time of 28:23. Tony Folan and Mike Severance finished 15 and 16 spots later, respectively. Other Don finishers included Moises Hernandez at 33:12, Aaron Frank (35:20), and Joe Neilson (36:09) (TheFoghorn).
