Kenny Hart graduated with a Degree in Sociology and went on to play professional basketball overseas, after two years with the Dons.
Conference Honorable Mention, senior Joel DeBortoli, is a strong candidate for All-WCC honors this year. Seniors Kevin Ellis, Ken Hart, Shawn Sykes, Kevin Bell, and Jeff Green will all be instrumental in the success of the Dons this season. Coach Jim Brovelli recently spoke with the Foghorn and gave an account of what to expect from the 1989-1990 Dons. Foghorn: "This team has a great work ethic, and has the ability to play together as a unit which is an asset at this level. This season we have a lot of players of equal ability and this gives me a lot of versatility as a coach."
Jeff Green and Ken Hart also helped out on Reis and contributed offensively. Green made an off-balance shot and got fouled during the Dons first half comeback, and Hart had a touch-pass to Scott McWhorter on a fast break. McWhorter, who scored 17 points, converted the lay-up and was fouled. McWhorter subsequently converted on the foul line (TheFoghorn).
