Soccer on the USF campus is beginning to look very good for next year. Coach Negoesco has been recruiting players for the 1974-1975 team and promises some good games. Returning to the Hilltop field will include players such as Theo van der Heyden, Paul Korn, Danny Cremin, Victor Arbalaez, Tom Tronstadt, Perry Fedje, Oscar Granados, Leo Atack, Randy Bolanos, Larry Ash, John Anton, Salvador Diaz, Jorge LeFaure, and many others who helped to make the USF team the powerhouse it was this past year. Unfortunately, there is still a question as to whether or not midfielder John Micklewright will be able to play this year. Micklewright suffered a severely damaged ankle in the game with Santa Clara during the first round of the 1973 NCAA Regionals and has not yet recovered (TheFoghorn).
