Gloskowski played soccer for four years at Junipero Serra High School, San Mateo, CA and was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame in 1996. He was also named their MVP Defensive Player. He played soccer for the Dons from 1987 to 1990. He won the Stephen Negoesco Award for his first Dons season in 1987. 

The Dons had one of the finest goalkeeping tandems in the nation with Andrew Gloskowski and Seth Osterman last year, in 1990, with both of these players in their senior year (USFFoghorn).
