Curtis Hinton at 6' 6" played pivot his freshman year at basketball and averaged 15 ppg and 11 rebounds. Coach Dan Belluomini said of him: "Curtis Hinton is a hard worker and is progressing very rapidly. He will be our strongest asset on the backboards, and he has the agility to score when he gets his hands on the ball (TheFoghorn)."

The biggest surprise of the campaign has been 6-6 soph Curtis Hinton. Hinton is averaging 11.2 points, which is second to Cross. He is also the squad's second leading rebounder (TheFoghorn).
