    Volleyball (1983)
The Dons won the first and second games, lost the third and fourth, and came back to win the fifth game and match. Friday's and Saturday's confrontations were played without mid blocker (#11) Brenda Vizzard who was suffering from a finger infection. Julie Black (#1), the 5'8" junior, filled in well for the ailing starter. Toni Ray (#9), a Sophomore outside hitter, was back in action (TheFoghorn).
