George William Morris

George W. Morris, Jr. attended Balboa High School and graduated from USF in 1951. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and joined the San Francisco Fire Department. He retired in 1989 as a Battalion Chief. He taught Fire Science at City College of San Francisco, was active in the Golden Gate Stamp Club and the S.F. Pacific Philatelic Society (SFGate).
