Captain Fran Englese can not be overlooked. Sporting a style that basketball experts find hard to imitate, Englese provided a new punch when the Dons needed it most during one of the low points during the year. Moving to point guard, Englese added a new dimension to the offense with 37 assists and 187 points. Who could overlook the rest of the troops either. Claudia Hawkins, Cathy Bartoli, and Clarice Cuaesma provided further dimensions when called upon to perform whether on the point guard or shooting guard slot. Lisa Lee and Kim Stieglitz made their contributions as well from opening game down to their performances against Pomona Pitzer and UC Riverside (TheFoghorn).
