2010 Track & Field: Competed in four races... finished ninth at the San Francisco State Invitational in 25:58... set a personal record of 25:11 at the Bronco Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Dons posting a personal best of 25:16 at the Dellinger Invitational...finished 45th in 27:01 at the WCC Championships.

2009 Track & Field: Set personal best of 3:58.11 in the 1500m at the Aggie Open...set a personal best of 14:52.84 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Finished 14th in 20:50at the Sac State Invitational... placed 20th at the San Francisco Invitational... competed at the NCAA Regional Championships posting a personal best of 32:10 (103rd).

Prep Career: Finished 41st in 16:01 at the 2007 Division I California State Cross Country Championships...has prep personal bests of 4:25 (1600) and 9:40 (3200).
