2010 HONORABLE MENTION ALL-WEST COAST CONFERENCE(XC)

2010 Cross Country: Was 15th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:52... named first-team All-West Coast Conference... finished third at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 24:55... set a new personal best at the Bronco Invitational in 24:25 for 15th place... finished the Western Regional course in 32:17... ran in five races for the Dons.

2010 Track & Field: Set three personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, and 5000m during the season... was the top collegiate in the 2000m steeplechase at the Stanford Opener in 5:50.10... was second at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in the 1500m in 3:53.72... was sixth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 3000m steeplechase... was fifth in the 5000min 14:48.70 at the Chico Twilight Invitational. 

2009 Cross Country: Finished 20th in 26:03 at the WCC Championships... finished fifth with a personal best of25:19 at the San Francisco Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Won the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 3:56.93... ran 9:47.92 for a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at the Long Beach Invitational... posted a personal best of 15:19.10 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Dons... finished 19th in 21:00 at the Sac State Invitational.

Prep Career: 2007 Sac Joaquin and Sierra Valley Conference Champion... 2007 and 2008 Sierra Valley Conference Champion in both the 1600 and 3200... has personal bests of 4:18.89 (1600) and 9:25.17 (3200).
