2012 SUMMER: Went 2-2 with a 6.26 ERA in 27.1 innings of work .. struck out 20.

2012 SEASON (Junior): Appeared in 17 games, starting four ... went 2-2 with 4.38 ERA in 24.2 innings ... struck out 23 and walked four ... earned first USF victory against Pacific, pitching 2.0 scoreless innings (3/6) ... threw 7.1 scoreless frames from May 1 to May 11, striking out five without issuing a walk.

PREP CAREER: Named Pioneer League and Daily Breeze Player of the Year as a senior ... named First-Team All-Area and First-Team Pioneer League in senior year ... made First-Team Pioneer League and Second-Team All-Area in junior year.

PERSONAL: Born in October of 1991 in Harbor City, CA ... parents are Bulmaro and Isabel Pulido ... lists playing at Angel Stadium in Anaheim for the CIF Championship as his biggest sports thrill ... majoring in Sociology ... goal for the season is to win the College World Series ... chose USF because of the coaches, academics, small size, and the city ... if he could be anyone for a day, he would be Steve Jobs ... favorite quote is "Only the strong survive" ... favorite movie is The Goonies ... favorite food is spaghetti.
