2019-2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): A stellar indoor season where he earned All-America honors in the 3,000-meters and qualified for his first NCAA Indoor Championships … ran the No. 3 time in school history for 3,000-meters when he went 7:51.00 at the Husky Classic, a time that would qualify for NCAAs … did not get to compete at the NCAA Indoor meet as it was canceled due to COVID-19 … also went to No. 8 in school history in the 5,000-meters as he ran 13:54.72 at the MPSF Championships to take fourth … opened his indoor season with a 3k time of 7:56.45 at the UW Invitational … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ...Â
(Cross Country): Made a big impact in his first season as a Husky, as he led the team at the NCAA Cross Country Championships and was top-five at every race … at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, finished 88th overall in 31:54 to lead UW to a 19th-place team finish … earned All-West Region honors with a 16th-place finish at the West Region meet, second among Huskies, in a time of 30:02 … made the top-20 in his first Pac-12 Championships, finishing 19th in 23:33, third on the squad … the No. 5 scorer at Pre-Nationals in a time of 24:28 for 53rd overall … was 12th at the Battle In Beantown in his Husky debut, second on the squad.

2018 Track & Field: Competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Championships in the 10,000 meters, finishing 13th with a time of 29:21.28 …in his indoor debut he set the school record in the 3,000 meters at the UW Indoor Invitational (Jan. 27), posting a mark of 7:58.82…ranks in the top-five in school history in the 1500 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…raced to a personal best in his first appearance in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 30-31) with a time of 29:10.33…finished 2nd overall in the 1,500 meters at the Rafer Johnson & Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational with a time of 3:44.93, a personal best…posted his personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Cardinal Classic with his time of 13:58.04…competed twice indoors at the UW Invitational (Jan. 26-27) and the Husky Classic (Feb. 9-10).
2017 Cross Country: Raced three times for the Dons, including two postseason races...recorded his season-best 8K time of 24:03.5 at the WCC Championships, finishing 12th to earn All-WCC Honorable Mention honors...was the second Don to cross the line at the Regionals, where he placed 19th with a time of 29:53.9 to earn USTFCCCA All-West Region honors.
