2014 TRACK & FIELD: Raced to a new collegiate best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the West Coast Last Chance ... clocked in at 20:49.70 and finished first as USF hosted the season finale on May 10 ... took second with a time of 7:09.31 in the 2,000 meter steeplechase at the Cal Opener on March 8 ... finished with a season-best 5,000 meter time of 17:38.66 en route to 10th place at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational on April 25.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets for USF ... earned the right to race at the 2013 NCAA Cross Country Championships on Nov. 23, where the Dons took 18th as a team ... turned in a season-best 5k time of 17:58 at the Sacramento State Inter-Regional on Oct. 4 ... clocked in at the Bronco Invitational on Oct. 19 in 21:30.9, a 6k season-best ... finished the course in 22:49 at the WCC Championships on Nov. 2, where she helped the Dons to their fifth-straight conference title.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Focused her primary efforts on the steeplechase, competing in the event at five meets over the course of the season ... ran a season-best of 11:07.33 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational on April 26, where she took second place ... placed fourth in the 3,000 m SC at the Woody Wilson Classic after turning in a time of 11:17.18 on April 19 ... also competed in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Dons...was the fastest USF runner at the San Francisco State Invitational 6k, running a time of 22:36, good enough for 6th place overall...finished as the fourth fastest runner twice for the Green and Gold, at the San Francisco Invitational 5k (9/1) and the Bronco Invitational 5k (10/13).

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set three personal best times in his first season with the Dons, 4:57.27 in the 1500m (3/27), 11:22:09 in the 3000m Stpl at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/27) and 19:02.44 in the 5000m at the Woody Wilson (4/21).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran five races for the Dons… finished 13th at the Bronco Invitational in 19:00 (5k)... recorded personal best of 22:22 (6k) at the Doc Adams Invitational.

PREP CAREER: Was a three-time MVP for the cross country team at Kentwood High School in Washington… two-time Washington State Cross Country qualifier… finished eighth in 18:52 at the Washington State Class 4A Championships in 2009… was a 2011 Washington State Track Finalist at 3200… personal bests are: 5:13 (1600m) and 11:31 (3200m).
