For the second time in her career, senior goalkeeper Olivia Camera has been named the West Coast Conference Player of the Week.  Camera was instrumental in the Dons 3-0 week which included back-to-back shutout wins over San Diego State and Illinois.

She finished the week with three wins and 12 saves.  Her week began when the Dons defeated Hawaii in overtime in Honolulu: in that contest she finished with five saves.  Against San Diego State she carded three more and tallied her first shutout of the season, and on Sunday Camera was once again tremendous, keeping Illinois off the scoreboard.  The fighting Illini entered Sunday's tilt averaging three goals a game.

For the year, Camera is 3-1-0 with a 0.99 goals against average and an .846 save percentage. Her 12 saves last week give her 22 for the year and 200 saves for her career. She also improves to 16-15-3 overall, with seven career shutouts.

This is the second time Camera has earned the WCC Player of the Week. She last earned it on August 28, 2017, when she helped shutout then sixth-ranked Cal and held Cal Poly scoreless in a 0-0 tie (USFAthletics).

Camera, a native of Potomac Falls, VA, attended her local Potomac Falls high school. She graduated from USF with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and earned a Masters in Sports industry Management.  She has been working as an Associate Manager for the Special Olympics.
