2019 Cross Country:Â Competed in all six events of the calendar year, including his best finish at the USF Invitational with a time of 26:37.3... finished in the top 35 at the WCC Championships with a time of 25:09 in the 8K...finished third on the Dons' at the West Regionals.Â
2018 Track & Field: Competed in four meets almost exclusively in the 1,500 meter with one race in the 5,000 meter…his mark of 3:58.69 at the Cardinal Classic (Apr. 21) in the 1,500 meter was a personal best…in his lone race in the 5,000 meter, he posted a time of 15:01.54.
2017 Cross Country:Â Raced twice for the Dons in 2017... took 29th at the USF Invitational with a time of 27:09.4.
High School: Three-time All-East Bay Athletic League selection for Monte Vista HS … ran a personal best, 4:20.05, in the 16k at the Tri Valley Championships ... at the EBAL Championships, he ran a personal best 9:33.72 in the 32k ... earned All-NCS cross country Honorable Mention as a senior … Mustangs won the 2015 EBAL and NCS cross country championships … honor roll student.
