2011 SEASON: Fought through injuries to play in 22 games; starting six of them in the outfield… also played at second base in addition to being a pinch hitting and running favorite off the bench… went 2-for-5 with a run scored against New Mexico State (3/4)… turned in best game of the season against San Jose State at AT&T Park where he went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run to left field.

2010 SEASON: Played in 18 games… went 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run scored against BYU (3/31).

2009 SEASON: Did not play.

2008 SEASON: Redshirt.

PREP CAREER: Played four years of baseball (three years of Varsity) at Albany High School... earned Honorable Mention, Second Team and First Team All-League accolades.

PERSONAL: Born in January of 1989 in Berkeley, CA... son of James Agate and Karla Rodebush... goal for the season is to get better every single day... chose USF for their strong emphasis on both academics and athletics... thinks the best thing about being a student-athlete is the challenge... likes the weather in San Francisco... the best advice he's ever been given is You Can... the best advice he could give to youngsters is nothing limits you except yourself... favorite quote is "Happiness is when what you do, what you say, and what you think are all in harmony"... wants to travel the world after graduation... favorite books are Walden and Civil Disobedience... major is International Studies, with focus on International Economics.
