PREP/CLUB CAREER: Played four years of soccer and earned three varsity letters at Iolani High School... was Varsity captain junior and senior years... helped her team to third place finishes in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu sophomore-senior seasons... was selected to the Hawaii SeniorAll-Star game... ran track for four years and competed in the 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay events... was a James Pott Athletic Award recipient... academically, made the Headmaster's List and Honor Roll... was a tutor and member of the Spanish Honor Society... was a Bertie Green Junior Travel Award recipient... earned second place in HPU Hawaii High School writing contest.

PERSONAL: Born on March 30, 1990... daughter of John and Lori Simbahon... chose USF because it's a great private institution in a great location and to have to opportunity to play Division I soccer... goal for the season is to take her game to the next level, contribute to the team, and make everlasting friendships... likes the abundance of things to do, see, and eat in San Francisco... would like to be Oprah Winfrey for a day... the best advice she has been given is to face adversity and turn it into an opportunity to be better and greater than you ever were before... most impressive person she has met is Tommie Smith...favorite movie is Miss Congeniality... favorite book is It's Not About the Bike by Lance Armstrong... favorite musical artist is Journey... favorite foods are scones and cranberries... hobbies include soccer, traveling, dancing hula, violin, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking and biking... would like to travel abroad and attend Law School after graduation.
