Men's Soccer (2009)

Kyle Dagan is the Vice President of Operations for Gamebreaker, Inc. He is a former college soccer player for the University of Notre Dame as a Big East Academic All-star (red-shirt 2005). During the 2007 campaign, Dagan played in 16 games, including 10 starts, for the Fighting Irish. During his college years at Notre Dame – Kyle started for and won the first Gold Medal for the United States at the 2007 Pan American Maccabi Games in Buenes Aires, Argentina. Team USA defeated Argentina, 2-0, in the gold-medal match on Jan. 2.

He was born in Westlake Village, CA and is 5'11" and 165 lbs, and played soccer at Westlake High School. He continued his college career by playing his last eligible season as a graduate student for the Dons at the University of San Francisco. He played his last conference soccer game in 2009 and USF tied Saint Mary's.

KYLE DAGAN, 5-11, 195, Sr., Defender

Dagan transfers to USF after capturing three varsity letters at Notre Dame. An experienced leader with strong organizational skills, Dagan appeared in 23 matches for the Irish with 10 starting assignments. Notre Dame captured back-to-back Big East Blue Championships (2007-2008) and twice advanced the NCAA Quarterfinals (2006-2007). A strong performer in the classroom, Dagan earned BIG EAST Academic All-Star selection. A highly decorated prep and club player, Dagan helped So Cal United to the 2003 U-16 National Championship and three consecutive California Premier titles.

Visser on Dagan: “Kyle is a very versatile player and can play in the center back or on the outside. He’s very athletic with great desire and anticipation. He’s capable of playing the ball out of the back. We expect him to bring the leadership and the ability to communicate with the back of the defense to create a solid unit (TopDrawerSoccer).”

Kyle currently continues to further his love for athletics and competes in the sport of triathlon – where he is an Ironman.

Kyle has a personal passion for this industry. After his soccer career – he has to offer 8 years of product development, manufacturing and operation management experience to Gamebreaker, Inc. He looks forward to continuing his enthusiasm for sports through protecting athletes (Crunchbase.com).
