Biography: Proctor played on the women's basketball team for four years on the Hilltop. She capped off a tremendous career as a senior in 2015-2016 averaging 18.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per contest. She was named West Coast Conference Tournament MVP after helping USF win the League Title in Las Vegas, thus advancing to the NCAA Tournament. As a junior, Proctor averaged 15,5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, and she averaged 14 points per contest as a sophomore, and 9.6 points per game as a freshman. Proctor ranks third on the All-Time list after scoring 1,785 points. She's also second on the Dons All-Time rebounding list with 923 boards.

Life After USF: After graduation, Proctor signed a professional contract with KFUM Ostersund Basket in Sweden. She averaged 14.2 points and 7.6 rebounds before returning to the U.S. to complete her education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Proctor is currently an Assistant Coach for the women's basketball team at Metropolitan State in Denver.
