GENERAL CAPSULE: Talented and highly recruited RHP... fast ball 88-92 MPH... can throw slider and change up for strikes... has great command.

AT LONG BEACH COMMUNITYCOLLEGE (2005-2006): Turned in a dominant sophomore campaign on the mound, posting a 16-0 record with a 1.48 ERA...recorded three complete games, three shutouts and 90 strikeouts...batted .341, with eight doubles, two home runs, 29 RBI and 26runs... during first full season as a pitcher, tallied nearly a strikeout per inning (66.1 IP / 62 Ks) and compiled an even more impressive 3.6 to 1 strikeout/walk ratio... hit .345 with six doubles and two homers.

PREP CAREER: Played four years of baseball at Millikan High School (3) and Long Beach Poly (1)...All-League selection as a sophomore and senior, second team as a junior... also played two years of football.

PERSONAL: Thomas Robert Peale... goal for the season is to win a championship... chose USF because it is the best program in the country to play ball... hobbies include eating and playing Ken Griffey Jr. baseball... would like to be his sister Kari for a day... best advice he's ever been given is to pay attention to detail... best advice he would give to youngsters is do what you want to do, not what someone else tells you to do...favorite movie is Sand lot... favorite book is Harry Potter...parents are Gary and Judy Peale... born on November 11, 1986 in Long Beach, CA.
